Our hours have changed and we will update here throughout the duration of the COVID-19 safety measures in place. All times and services are subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Alvarado location is temporarily closed until further notice. However, customers can continue to shop via our website and through our new Curbside Contact-less Pickup, available at our Hico location. See below for new store hours. In support of the nation’s efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, Buck Stop will temporarily close our Alvarado location until April 7th, starting at the close of business today, March 30th. We plan to reopen Thursday, April 7th, pending state procedure.  We are adhering to CDC guidelines and have adapted further on-site safety measures, equipping each location with the necessary sanitation equipment and implementing sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and delivery of all blinds, feeders, and products.

We will remain open and ready to serve our customers online, on social media, by phone and through our Curbside, Contact-less Pickup service at both locations. As we are practicing our social distancing we appreciate a Texas “Howdy”, but will limit contact and practice distance for your safety.  Let us know where you want us to load your blind, feeder or product and you will be responsible for securing items. Our curbside pick-up option will be available to customers between 10:00AM and 3:00PM. Please see store details for hours and weekly updates.

We realize the impact a closure can have on our teammates, and we assure you, this is not a decision we take lightly. To help alleviate challenges during this temporary closure, we will be providing full pay and benefits to our staff during this two-week time frame for all teammates.

I have an in-store order that I’d like to return, but I’d rather not venture out right now. I’m concerned that I’ll miss the returns policy window.

We are here for you! Due to our store closures and for your safety, Buck Stop will not be processing returns until our stores are open for business as usual. However, we will extend our returns policy from 60 days to an extended 90 days from the date of purchase to allow flexibility for our customers.

I need to cancel an order that I recently placed. Is that possible?

We try to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, we are only able to cancel orders up to 30 minutes after they are placed. However, we are happy to take the return once you get the item and we will issue you a full refund for the price of the item once our stores are running as usual again.

Can someone else pickup my Curbside Pickup order?

Unfortunately, not. We will only release the order to the name that is listed on the order.

How does the curbside pickup process work?

It’s simple and fast! When you purchase using Buy Online Pickup In-Store, you will have your purchase delivered to your car using our Contact-less Curbside Pickup.
